We are sad to announce that SHARE Foundation will no longer provide community grants through VIP and the Union County Impact Plan after the 2024 grant cycle ends. Therefore, no further funding is available for future projects or awards. Thank you to all of our nonprofits, applicants, and grantees for making a difference in our community.
